I called this morning and by 1:24 this afternoon the issue is taken care of on my 35 year old Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer.

My (relatively) new Viking built-in microwave just stopped cooking this week. The lights were on but no one was home! I called Carter Services after hours and left a message. Someone called back the next morning and promised to send someone out that day. He came, he fixed, he conquered. (A little pricy, but, in a pinch, what are you going to do?)

Carter Services is always timely and has excellent repair/service personnel. I always know that Carter Services will provide excellent repair revives. The repair person, Ivan Romero, was professional and solved the issue with my Viking oven.
